Oz's Candyshop Inc

Run by the mysterious and elusive Oz, The Candyshop is the largest coalition of dragon racing and gambling rinks in the solar system. Oz herself stands firmly opposed to Coalition For Good, and her organizations go out of their way to hurt their forces in any way that they can. They are also radically liberal, seeing dragons as complete equals to humans and deserving of the right to choose to throw their lives away in gambling, just as humans can. Their views are radically free-market.
